Terms
Nightly rates are for the entire villa. Individual rooms cannot be rented separately. A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% balance due 60 days before arrival. If the booking takes place less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately to confirm the booking. All prices are inclusive of 10% local government hospitality tax.
