Our legendary home can now be your beautiful holiday home in Bali. It's a luxury 4-bedroom villa built situated on 10 ara (1,000 m2) property, built in traditional style combined with modern comforts not only in mind, but both in body & soul.

4 En Suite Bedrooms with A/C
Each bedroom has beautiful views of the garden, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom.
Driver for Hire
For an additional charge, we can arrange for a driver to pick you up and take you anywhere in Bali you want to go and stay with you all day.
Free Parking on Premises
There's room for 1 car and multiple motor bikes. Our staff can assist you with renting a car or motorbike as well.
Convenient Location
Centrally located in Seminyak. Minutes from the beach and steps from popular restaurants, shops, supermarkets and nightlife.
TV and Projection Screen
There's a TV in the main bedroom and a projection screen for movies in the lounge area outside which can be connected to your device and streaming services.
Family Friendly
The villa is great for families -- with lots of space, a huge pool, a large dining table and comfortable seating for everyone in the lounge area. *Please note: There is no pool fence. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Laundry Services
Towels and linens will be washed by the staff. And for an additional fee, they can provide standard laundry services.
Security and Staff
There is 24-7 security provided. There is also additional staff to provide daily house-cleaning services, cooking services, with garden and pool maintenance each week.

HOUSE RULES
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 12 :00 noon NOISE Music and other noise must be kept at a low volume from 11:00pm to 8:00am. CAPACITY No more than 10 persons can stay at the villa without prior approval from the hosts. PETS Small pets are allowed pending approval and may require an additional charge. There is a chill cat that lives at the villa and stays outdoors. DAMAGE Any damage to the house, property or items within must be paid for by the guest.
